One of the great American pass times is to spend the day on the grass watching a golf tournament. Many people do not go to a golf tournament because they do not know where they are taking place. Here are all the golf tournaments that will be held during the month of January in 2007.
Women’s Golf Tournament
From January 2-7 there will be the Dixie Women’s Amateur Championship at Palm Aire Resort and Country Club at Pompano Beach, Florida.
Harder Hall is holding a Women’s invitational during January 4-7 at harder Hall Golf Course in Sebring, Florida.
Also in Florida, there will be a Women’s South Atlantic Amateur Golf Championship at the Oceanside Country Club in Ormond Beach from the 10-13.
The last of the women’s golf tournaments for January is the Women’s international Four-Ball at Orangebrook Golf Course in Hollywood, Florida. This will take place January 22-26. Senior Golf Tournament
From January 2-4 there will be a Riverwood Senior Invitational at the Riverwood Golf Club in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Gateway Golf Club in Fort Myers, Florida will also host a golf tournament called the Gateway Senior invitational from January 7-9.
There will be a National Senior Junior Championship in The Dye Preserve in Jupiter, Florida during January 8-10.
Right after that from the 10-12 is the Bobcat Trail Senior Amateur at Bobcat Trail Golf Club, North Port, Florida.
In Dade Dity, Florida the Golfweek Adams Senior Amateur will be held at the Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club. This will take place January 15-17.
Other Golf Tournaments
The Dixie Amateur Championship will be held January 2-5 in Pompano Beach, Florida at the Palm Aire Resorty and Country Club.
From January 4-7 there will also be a golf tournament called the New Year’s Invitational at St. Petersburg Country Club in St. Petersburg, Florida.
In Livermore, California there will be a Livermore Valley Championship at the Poppy Ridge Golf Course from January 6-7.
Also from January 6-7 is the Arizonia Short Course Championship. This will be held at Ahwatukee Lakes Golf Club in Phoenix Arizona.
These are just a few of the tournaments that will be held in January of 2007. There are several more all throughout the year. Enjoy a day out watching a golf tournament.
